Wandering Through the Wilderness (Worship Subtle)

[Verse 1] Wandering through the wilderness Dust on my feet Desert in my chest I keep looking for a burning bush But I just find the waiting and the rest Cloud by day that I can’t see Fire by night that flickers in my doubt Still Your mercy keeps on circling Till my wandering heart is found [Chorus] You are my manna in the morning You are my shelter in the storming sky When I am faithless You stay faithful You lift my weary hands up high Random roads and broken stories All the places I have been You turn every tangled journey To a path that leads me in [Verse 2] Walls of fear like Jericho Looming high above my quiet prayers Seven days of walking Nothing moves But You are counting every step I take out there Giants in my promised land Voices saying I should turn around Yet Your whisper cuts the noise in half Child I’m bigger than this mountain now [Chorus] You are my manna in the morning You are my shelter in the storming sky When I am faithless You stay faithful You lift my weary hands up high Random roads and broken stories All the places I have been You turn every tangled journey To a path that leads me in [Bridge] From the flood to the furnace (You were there) From the pit to the palace (You still care) Every chapter feels so scattered But You’re writing something better than I planned [Chorus] You are my manna in the morning You are my shelter in the storming sky When I am faithless You stay faithful You lift my weary hands up high Random roads and broken stories All the places I have been You turn every tangled journey To a path that leads me in
