You Never Let Go of Me (Worship Ballad)

[Verse 1] I was the one Running circles in the dark Heart hiding Hands in my pockets Too ashamed of all the scars I’m fighting Then You stepped in Spoke my name like Sunday morning Pulled me close Right there in my ordinary [Chorus] You never let go of me Through the fire Through the falling You were there You were calling Every breath Every broken piece You were holding You were working When I swore that I was worthless Now I can see You never let go of me [Verse 2] I hear the lies Telling me I’ll never change I’m failing But Your quiet kindness Cuts right through the noise I’m hearing You write Your promise On the pages that I ruined Turn my ruins To a room where You are moving [Chorus] You never let go of me Through the fire Through the falling You were there You were calling Every breath Every broken piece You were holding You were working When I swore that I was worthless Now I can see You never let go of me [Bridge] In the valley You are steady (oh) On the mountain You are same When I wander When I wonder Still You whisper my name Every sunrise is a story Of a mercy I can’t earn I was running I was running You were running toward me first [Chorus] You never let go of me Through the fire Through the falling You were there You were calling Every breath Every broken piece You were holding You were working When I swore that I was worthless Now I can see You never let go of me [Outro] Not for a moment Not for a moment You never let go of me
