You Are My Hiding Place (Christian Worship)

[Verse 1] When the wind cuts hard through the trees And my hands shake down to my knees You gather the pieces I can't hold You stay near when my heart grows cold [Pre-Chorus] I run to You, I run to You When the dark won't let me see I lift my eyes, I lift my eyes And You are right here with me [Chorus] You are my hiding place You are my hiding place When fear says run away You are my hiding place You are my hiding place I am safe in Your name [Verse 2] When the tears come quick like rain And the night keeps calling my name You speak peace to the ache inside You hold me close through the longest fight [Pre-Chorus] I run to You, I run to You When the dark won't let me see I lift my eyes, I lift my eyes And You are right here with me [Chorus] You are my hiding place You are my hiding place When fear says run away You are my hiding place You are my hiding place I am safe in Your name [Bridge] You are the song in my silence You are the strength in my weak hands You are the hope that keeps rising You are the promise that stands So I will not fear tomorrow I will not bow to the storm Your faithful love is my shelter And I am Yours forevermore [Chorus] You are my hiding place You are my hiding place When fear says run away You are my hiding place You are my hiding place I am safe in Your name [Outro] I am safe in Your name I am safe in Your name
