Waters of Grace (Dawn)

[Verse] Stepping into the water so pure A heart once heavy now finds its cure The stream of mercy A heavenly tide Washing away the dark inside [Chorus] Oh waters of grace take it all away Make me new like the dawn of day I’m born again in your holy embrace Forever I’ll walk in your light and your place [Verse 2] The river calls with a voice so kind A promise of peace my soul will find I leave behind the chains I wore And rise anew forevermore [Bridge] Down to the depths my old life fades Beneath the surface my path is made I rise in love with my Savior’s name Forever marked by the holy flame [Chorus] Oh waters of grace take it all away Make me new like the dawn of day I’m born again in your holy embrace Forever I’ll walk in your light and your place [Verse 3] Every drop tells a story of love A heavenly gift sent from above Heaven rejoices as I take this stand Guided forever by His gentle hand
