The Miracle of Easter (Dawn)

[Verse] From the shadows cold and gray Came the dawn of brighter day Stone was rolled and light did shine Breaking chains so divine [Verse 2] Silent whispers turned to song Hope reborn where it belonged Victory walked the hollowed ground Life eternal now unbound [Chorus] Up from the grave He arose Love conquering all His foes Bringing mercy to the land With salvation in His hand [Verse 3] Wounds of grace on hands displayed Tears for joy the price He paid Death defeated love held fast Heaven's glory here at last [Bridge] A miracle beyond all sight Darkness shattered by the light Courage stirs in hearts once low Faith is stronger now we know [Chorus] Up from the grave He arose Love conquering all His foes Bringing mercy to the land With salvation in His hand
