The King Has Risen (Dawn)

[Verse] Through the silence of the stone Light has cracked the depths unknown The tomb is empty Death undone The victory sung by the risen Son [Chorus] Hallelujah the King has risen Chains are shattered Sins forgiven The grave defeated Love has won The dawn of hope bursts with the sun [Verse 2] The earth rejoiced The heavens cried When life came forth where death had lied A crown of thorns Now glory's gleam Fulfilling every prophet's dream [Chorus] Hallelujah the King has risen Chains are shattered Sins forgiven The grave defeated Love has won The dawn of hope bursts with the sun [Bridge] Let every heart lift praises high To Him who reigns Who will never die From ashes beauty will arise The Son of God who tore the skies [Chorus] Hallelujah the King has risen Chains are shattered Sins forgiven The grave defeated Love has won The dawn of hope bursts with the sun
