He Rose for Me (Ember)

[Verse] The stone was rolled but no one inside The grave so quiet where He once lied A miracle broke the hold of death And hope returned with His first breath [Chorus] He rose for me He conquered the grave In His love I’m forever saved The chains are gone the price is paid He rose for me and life was made [Verse] The morning light a promise so clear Victory shouts where silence had fear The Savior lives His word remains Forever King who broke the chains [Bridge] Hallelujah the tomb is bare Grace is singing in the open air Love has triumphed the veil is torn Through Him a new life is born [Chorus] He rose for me He conquered the grave In His love I’m forever saved The chains are gone the price is paid He rose for me and life was made [Verse] The grave defeated the curse removed Every promise His life has proved The Lamb who reigns our risen King For now and forever His praise we’ll sing
