Carried to Calvary (Cinematic Worship)

[Verse 1] Through the city gate on a narrow stone street A crown of thorns and bleeding feet The beam was heavy on His back He walked for me that crimson track [Chorus] Carried to Calvary All of my shame He bore Carried to Calvary Love I had never known before [Verse 2] He did not curse, He did not fight He gave His breath to bring me light Forgive them, Father, was His plea That mercy covered even me [Bridge] It is finished, heaven heard Darkness trembled at His word Jesus, Savior, Lamb of God You walked the road I should have trod [Chorus] Carried to Calvary All of my shame He bore Carried to Calvary Love I had never known before
