By His Wounds We Are Healed (Powerful Cinematic)

[Verse 1] I came in broken Dust on my hands Ash in my pockets Nothing I planned I heard Your mercy Call me by name In the dark water You stayed the same [Pre-Chorus] You took my burden You took my shame Out of the prison You spoke my name Now every stronghold Starts to bend When I remember How the story ends [Chorus] By His wounds we are healed By His wounds we are healed Chains come off, hearts are set free By His wounds we are healed By His wounds we are healed By His wounds we are healed I was lost, now I believe By His wounds we are healed [Verse 2] You found the widow You touched the blind You pulled the outcast Right to the light You held the shattered You raised the dead You wrote redemption Across my head [Pre-Chorus] You took my burden You took my shame Out of the prison You spoke my name Now every stronghold Starts to bend When I remember How the story ends [Chorus] By His wounds we are healed By His wounds we are healed Chains come off, hearts are set free By His wounds we are healed By His wounds we are healed By His wounds we are healed I was lost, now I believe By His wounds we are healed [Bridge] It is finished Love has won The grave is empty The stone is gone It is finished Mercy sings All my sorrow Turns to praise [Chorus] By His wounds we are healed By His wounds we are healed Chains come off, hearts are set free By His wounds we are healed By His wounds we are healed By His wounds we are healed I was lost, now I believe By His wounds we are healed
